Return and Cancellation Policy – Nordeliv
NOTE: WE DO NOT OFFER FREE RETURNS – RETURN COSTS ARE AT THE CUSTOMER'S BEARING.

Return
Is it possible to return my order?
Yes, it is possible. If you are not satisfied with the goods received, you can return them within 30 days of receipt.  

Conditions for the return to be accepted:

The product must contain all original parts and components and be in original and intact packaging.
The product must have been handled correctly; damage due to negligence is not accepted.
Hygiene products must be thoroughly cleaned before return.
Errors or defects must be reported immediately upon receipt . 
Return costs are borne by the customer.
The return will be processed within 7 working days and, if the conditions are met, the return will be officially confirmed within this period. 
NOTE:  We reserve the right to refuse returns if we suspect that the products have been used or damaged through no fault of ours.

How to start a return:
Send an email to info@Nordeliv.com with the following information:  

Order number
Reason for return
Photo of the product (required)
Full name
Customer's full address
We will then contact you with the correct return address.
Never return to the sender's address.
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. 

STORNOBAU – Cancellation of Order (Right of Withdrawal)
The customer has the right to cancel the purchase within 14 days of receipt, as long as the customer is a private individual (not a business).  

As we use a fully automated system, the order cannot be cancelled once it has been processed. 

If the product has already been shipped, please wait for receipt and then follow the return procedure.

The goods are shipped from Asia , which may result in longer delivery times. 

To cancel:
Send a clear statement by e-mail to info@Nordelive.com , in which you express your wish to cancel. Refund of the amount (excl. shipping costs) will be made no later than 14 days after receipt of the goods . 
 

All returns must be sent to our central warehouse in Asia and the costs are covered by the customer.
